Adventist Health System - 1010 Murray Avenue - Responsibilities: Plans and performs a wide variety of routine general heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems and other digital building controls systems repairs and services.; Participates as needed in equipment installations.; Performs alteration and repairs of machinery, equipment or facilities in accordance with basic skills and abilities, standard procedures, diagrams or manufacturers instructions.; Plans and performs a wide variety of routine general building maintenance repairs and services.; Maintains tools and supplies necessary to perform duties.
