We are looking for a GenAI Enablement Specialist for a long-term contract based in Alpharetta, GA.

GenAI Enablement Specialist will be focused on enabling engineering teams to adopt GenAI at scale across the enterprise. This role is centered on accelerating developer productivity and modern engineering practices through GenAI tooling, hands-on enablement, and close partnership with delivery teams.

The consultant will support teams through tooling enablement, developer education, proof-of-concepts, and hands-on technical guidance to help operationalize modern AI-assisted development workflows.

Experience Profile

• Strong prior experience working within large, complex enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise delivery and collaboration platforms such as JIRA, Jenkins, AWS, and Atlassian products.
• Consulting or internal advisory experience is a plus, not required.
• Proven ability to operate independently and influence teams without formal authority.

• Extensive experience using modern AI developer tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, and GitHub Copilot.
• Strong prompt engineering skills and practical experience applying LLMs to real development workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted code generation, refactoring, and modernization use cases.
• Strong hands-on development background with Python, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Exposure to mainframe and/or SAP environments is a plus, but not required.
• Enablement and communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain agentic patterns, Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts, and modern AI-driven development workflows.
• Comfortable delivering developer-focused workshops, live demos, and recorded enablement content.
• Able to present program progress, outcomes, and recommendations to senior leadership when needed.
• Demonstrated ability to context-switch effectively across multiple teams and initiatives while maintaining strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
