Description:

Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality by using their Oura Ring and its connected app. We've helped millions of people understand and improve their health by providing daily insights and practical steps to inspire healthy lifestyles.

Empowering the world starts with living our values and empowering our team. As a quickly growing company focused on helping people live healthier and happier lives, we ensure that our team members have what they need to do their best work - both in and out of the office.

We are in search of a strong Supply Chain Recruiter to support critical hiring across our Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and Planning organizations. This role is ideal for a recruiter with deep experience in full-cycle recruiting for supply chain and operations teams within consumer technology or hardware-enabled environments, and who understands how to evaluate both functional expertise and real-world execution at scale. The recruiter may also work on other critical business functions roles as needed

As a vital member of our recruiting team, you will partner closely with executives, supply chain leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to build diverse, high-performing teams and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will help shape how we attract and hire operators, planners, and leaders who can scale global manufacturing, manage complex supplier ecosystems, and deliver world-class wearable products to market.

Reporting to the Global Head of Recruiting in San Francisco, you will collaborate closely with our existing global recruiting team, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and identify innovative sourcing strategies. You will directly engage with executives and organizational leaders to support critical hiring decisions that drive our business forward.

This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office.
What you will do:

  • Own and drive full-cycle recruiting for Supply Chain roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates with candidate experience in mind
  • Recruit across roles such as Supply Chain Management, Global Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Supplier Quality, Procurement, Logistics, and Program Management (experience in IT or G&A roles strongly preferred)
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies for both short-term hiring needs and long-term workforce planning
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand functional requirements, organizational design, and role expectations, translating those into tailored recruiting strategies and interview plans
  • Screen and assess candidates for both functional excellence (supply chain fundamentals, execution, scale, and risk management) and business mindset (cross-functional collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving)
  • Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, providing regular updates on pipeline health, market insights, leveling guidance, and hiring progress
  • Use data, judgment, and storytelling to influence hiring decisions and improve funnel quality and speed
  • Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient, scalable, and inclusive hiring processes
  • Collaborate with People Operations partners to support thoughtful organizational design, targeted talent acquisition, and intentional internal mobility
  • Serve as an advocate for both candidates and the company, ensuring consistent communication, follow-through, and a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement tools and practices that improve recruiter efficiency and hiring outcomes
Requirements

We would love to consider you for this role if you have:
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Background recruiting for supply chain, manufacturing, or operations roles within consumer technology, hardware, wearables, medical devices, or related industries
  • Proven ability to close senior-level and highly specialized supply chain and operations talent
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing roles, including how to evaluate experience in scaling production, supplier management, cost optimization, and operational readiness
  • Demonstrated success using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., GEM), with a track record of driving process improvements
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, balance multiple priorities, and partner closely with senior leaders
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding hiring goals and building trusted partnerships with hiring managers
  • Experience coaching hiring managers and supporting long-term, strategic workforce planning
  • Demonstrated passion, ownership, and drive, paired with a warm, professional, and candidate-first approach
