We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic production team and help scale our high-impact video content creation for our industry-leading health, beauty, and pet care brands. This is a long term full-time consulting role that can sit anywhere in the US, Canada or LATAM.

What You'll Do:

• Design Compelling Motion Graphics: Create animated sequences, kinetic typography, and dynamic visual elements primarily using Adobe After Effects to enhance video storytelling across Video Sales Letters (VSLs), brand storytelling content, and marketing materials for our health, beauty, and pet care brands
• Develop Animated Assets: Build custom animations, transitions, lower thirds, title sequences, and visual effects that elevate production quality and viewer engagement
• Collaborate with Production Team: Work closely with our Executive Producer, video editors, and creative team to deliver consistent weekly motion graphics deliverables (targeting animations and motion-enhanced content supporting 10+ minutes of edited video content per week)
• Incorporate Feedback Efficiently: Adapt to creative direction and implement revisions while maintaining project timelines and quality standards
• Follow Brand Guidelines & SOPs: Adhere to established internal workflows, style guidelines, and standard operating procedures while contributing innovative ideas
• Leverage Advanced Tools: Utilize generative AI tools, design software, and cutting-edge motion design technology to enhance creative output and streamline production processes
• Support Brand Storytelling: Bring doctor testimonials, product demonstrations, and brand narratives to life through compelling animation and motion design

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of professional motion graphics design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing advanced animation techniques, visual design ability, and high-quality creative work
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects for animations, motion graphics, visual effects, and dynamic compositions
• Advanced skills in design fundamentals including color theory, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Strong creative judgment and vision with an eye for pacing, timing, rhythm, and visual storytelling
• Portfolio requirement: Must provide a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating your range and capabilities (applications without portfolios will not be considered)
• Understanding of video production workflows and post-production best practices
• Knowledge of animation principles, keyframe animation, and timing for motion design
• Proficiency in creating and exporting animations for various video formats, frame rates, and delivery specifications
• Experience with audio synchronization and designing motion to audio cues

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or other 3D/motion design software
• AI Integration: Experience with generative AI tools for creative enhancement and workflow optimization
• Adaptable Background: Open to candidates from various industries (broadcast design, music videos, advertising, corporate motion graphics, etc.) - we value fundamental skills and creativity over specific industry experience
• Direct Response Marketing: Familiarity with performance marketing content and conversion-focused motion design (not required but beneficial)
