DEFINITION - Under the general supervision of the area administrator or designee, the Affinity Programs Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the Affinity Programs space, supports classified personnel, and collaborates with faculty, staff, and administrators to foster an environment of connection and belonging on campus. The incumbent provides leadership in the administration and organization for programming and services of African American/ Black, Hispanic/ Latinx, current/former Foster Youth, LGBTQ , and Undocumented students, and other historically marginalized populations. The Supervisor maintains compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. As needed, the Supervisor may be required to fill in for service needs in the absence of staff.
