Construction Biller

Location: Santa Maria, CA Starting Pay: $28-$30 DOE Schedule: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit in-house and subcontractor progress billings, final billings, and change orders.
• Create AIA-compliant billings and obtain required releases.
• Review contracts to ensure billing aligns with terms and conditions.
• Track and reconcile accounts receivable; follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Coordinate with project managers and account for accurate job costing.
• Maintain organized billing records for audits and reporting.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve billing inquiries.
• Assist with lien waivers, insurance certificates, and other documentation.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
