PathPoint is seeking a full-time Program Coordinator to lead our Employment Services team in Santa Maria, CA 93455. Our Employment Services team provides training and support to adults with developmental disabilities, enabling them to find and maintain successful and meaningful employment. As the Program Coordinator, you will ensure the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of all employment programs in Santa Maria and Lompoc. What You'll Do:

  • Supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals/Job Coaches, including hiring, training, assigning duties, and performance evaluation. Meet with staff regularly address any issues and concerns and to develop creative and proactive supports for persons served in the programs.
  • Serve as a liaison between employers, funding agencies, families, service providers, government agencies, and PathPoint.
  • Document hours of service provided to each individual and prepare monthly billing for the program.
  • Work on securing contracts by meeting with prospective employers, evaluating the work site, determining feasibility and performing task analyses.
  • Monitor contract compliance to ensure that statements of work are followed and the quality of work meets employer standards.
  • Provide direct support/coaching when needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with individuals with disabilities is required
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience is required
  • Prior experience in billing employee hours preferred
  • Highly organized professional and a skilled communicator
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and video meeting applications
  • Must pass Live Scan DOJ fingerprint background check, TB screening and basic health screening
  • Must have a valid driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and use of a vehicle with current registration and insurance for regular travel in the Santa Maria and Lompoc areas
