Sandcastle Hotel on the Beach is looking for a Server/ F&B Attendant to join the team! As a server, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing safe, friendly and attentive service that makes our guests feel welcome and like they are part of our family. The servers will be responsible for efficiently and courteously assisting guests and patrons with food / beverage orders, and operating POS, preparing all beverages, running food, bussing tables, and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of dining areas and equipment. Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to: Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to guests. Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members and assist in resolving guest complaints as needed.
