Job Description:

Works under the direction of the Senior Project Portfolio Manager, Regional Label Coordinators are the key to getting products launched in all international markets. They are assigned to specific markets or a group of markets. They work closely with Regional Project Managers and the corporate market teams to route labels through Work Front and ensure that they are accurate and compliant. They are a key communication link between the markets and the other departments at the corporate office on label artwork. Regional Label Coordinators personally route all labels for creation and editing for the various markets, Product Management, Regulatory, R&D and Legal. Through project management principles, and desired KPIs, they follow up to ensure that products launch on time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages a minimum of 5 markets artwork routings for all products in all categories.
  
• Routes artwork through Proof HQ
  
• Organizational skills are required to keep track of those proofs.
  
• Good communication skills via Work Front with all teams within the routing
  
• Mass address updates
  
• Meet KPIs for Proof HQ turnaround time.
  
• Other duties as assigned.
  

Job Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher education is desired or 1-3 years of job-related experience.
  
• Intermediate computer literacy skills, especially in Microsoft suite, Work Front, SAP and Master Control
  
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Organization and project management skills required.
