divh2Director of Patient Care Services/h2pOur client is a dedicated provider of Home Health services and is seeking an experienced Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) to lead their team and ensure the highest standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in home health care leadership, a deep understanding of Medicare regulations, and a talent for building and nurturing relationships within the community./ppResponsibilities:/pulliOversee the coordination and delivery of patient care services./liliEnsure that patient care is in compliance with state and federal regulations, including Medicare requirements./liliConduct regular reviews and audits of patient care to maintain high standards of service./liliPromote a collaborative, family-like office culture./liliProvide ongoing training and support to staff members to enhance their skills and performance./liliFoster and maintain strong relationships with ALFs and other community partners./liliServe as the primary point of contact for patient care concerns and facility inquiries./liliUtilize the Wellsky Kinnser EHR system to manage patient records and documentation (preferred but not required)./liliEnsure accurate and timely billing in accordance with Medicare regulations./liliImplement and monitor compliance programs to ensure adherence to all relevant healthcare standards and regulations./li/ulpRequirements:/pulliMinimum of 5 years of experience in a DPCS or similar leadership role within home health care./liliStrong knowledge of Medicare regulations and billing practices./liliExperience with the Wellsky Kinnser EHR system is highly preferred./liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills./liliAbility to build and maintain strong relationships within the community./li/ulpBenefits:/pulliCompetitive starting at $140K+, depending on experience./liliPTO: 2 weeks in the first year, 3 weeks in the second year./lili5% 401K match./liliHealth insurance (medical, dental, vision) after 90 days./li/ulpEqual Opportunity Employer/p/div
