Meets, greets, and escorts Tasting Room guests and provides an excellent customer experience to uphold Forbes 5-star services/standards. Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, and respond with appropriate actions and information. Maintain the appearance of the Tasting Room and surrounding areas by clearing tables, wiping down patio furniture, polishing glassware, washing dishes/glassware and replenishing wine and merchandise. Ensure trash receptacles are emptied as needed and are sorted and placed in designated areas. Assemble cheese plates for customers. Participate in and ensure compliance with all opening and closing duties as determined and published by the Tasting Room Manager. Assist in special events setup, breakdown, and clean-up and packing wine orders. Keep up to date on new JUSTIN releases, as well as viticulture and winemaking techniques.
