Job Summary
The IT Solution Analyst / Edge System Analysis Lead provides senior-level technical leadership within the Integrations & Edge Systems domain, supporting a large-scale Customer Information System (CIS) transformation program. The role operates with a high degree of independence, delivering advanced engineering, integration analysis, environment design, and troubleshooting. This position evaluates technical impacts across upstream and downstream systems, supports environment provisioning, leads infrastructure engineering activities, and drives problem resolution across complex multi-environment landscapes. Close collaboration with architects, platform teams, and cross-functional partners is critical to ensuring secure, stable, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional and technical analysis across edge systems using synchronous, asynchronous, and batch integration patterns.
Define interface models including pub/sub, cron, file transfer, request/response, and orchestrated workflows.
Map system dependencies and support integration design for all edge systems impacted by CIS transformation.
Lead sequencing, test readiness assessments, and integration design reviews.
Drive platform environment engineering across staging, automation, monitoring, and migration activities.
Design and implement infrastructure provisioning, automation pipelines, and platform services independently.
Collaborate with architects and technical leads to optimize cross-platform integration and ensure compliance.
Diagnose complex infrastructure and application issues across test, QA, and non-production environments.
Lead conversion, migration, and performance-tuning efforts across multiple environments.
Ensure cybersecurity and regulatory controls are implemented; recommend remediation where needed.
Maintain environment documentation, engineering standards, reusable templates, and technical patterns.
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
7+ years in platform engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, or similar technical domain.
Proven ability to independently solve complex engineering and integration challenges.
Technical impact assessment across upstream/downstream systems
Automation pipeline design
