- 15+ years of Finance transformation experience, with deep understanding of RTR and FP&A.
- Strong track record of developing Finance Operating Models and transformation roadmaps for global enterprises.
- Executive presence and credibility with CFOs and Finance leadership.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills for executive workshops and stakeholder alignment.
- Prior consulting or professional services experience in Finance transformation.
- Familiarity with technology enablement for Finance (ERP, EPM, analytics platforms) - ability to frame strategy implications, not hands-on system delivery.
- Experience aligning Finance strategy to enterprise transformation programs (Operations, Commercial, Data/AI).
- Ability to synthesize complex stakeholder inputs into actionable strategies and roadmaps.
