Pay Range: $29 - $29.83/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the division's executive team (Vice President and two General Managers), ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule internal/external meetings, and support event logistics.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, manage office supplies, and support budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks.
  • Create documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new team members and assist with planning D&I and team-building events.
  • Handle special projects involving data compilation, summarization, and visualization.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Skills-Administrative experience
  • Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented
  • Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience supporting executive-level leadership.
