Description:

SNI Technology's client located in Woodland Park, CO is seeking to hire a talented, remote IT Operations Coordinator for an exciting, full-time position. Please note this is a fully remote position with option for either 520-hour contract-to-hire or direct-hire placement depending on our client's discretion.

IT DESKSIDE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
We are seeking an IT Operations Coordinator to join our IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to bridge technical and non-technical groups, as well as organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, they will exhibit qualities such as attention to detail, critical thinking, and adaptability to manage changing technologies and IT environments. We are a fast-paced team that manages a significant portion of IT procurement, oversees multiple projects simultaneously, and supports a robust Helpdesk team. The IT Operations Coordinator will also collaborate with internal teams to maintain operational efficiency, address technical issues, and implement departmental initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Coordinate and oversee daily IT operations, ensuring systems, networks, and IT services operate efficiently.
  • Managing logistics, including procurement and distribution of resources.
  • Assign tasks to internal IT teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Collaborate with IT management to identify opportunities for improving daily processes and enhancing service delivery.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for support and procurement of IT resources.
  • Administrative support ranging from scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge is shared within the team.
  • Identify areas of improvement and suggest enhancements for processes.
  • Assist the IT Operations Leadership with other duties as needed.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong and proven documentation and note-taking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service disposition.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3+ years of progressive IT support and coordinator experience
  • 2+ years of VIP/C-Level support
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail including multi-tasking skills
  • Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Must sign Statement of Faith
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • 1+ years of process improvement a plus
  • Familiarity with help desk management systems such as ConnectWise Manage PSA
  • Experience successfully managing and working with people with wide ranging personalities
  • Strong, proven documentation skills
  • Excellent team leadership skills
COMPENSATION RANGE
The compensation for this position is in the range of $48K to $55K annually. Please note your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge, and abilities, including work experience - please talk with your recruiter to learn more.
