Job Description

• Performs all work duties in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with company safety policies.
• Provides excellent customer service to all residents, staff, and vendors
• Relays information to supervisor regarding the property or operations which might constitute a physical or liability hazard.
• Perform routine cleaning of common areas such as lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, fitness centers, and offices..
• Performs cleaning in vacant and resident-occupied units
• Reports supply needs to Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician in a timely manner.
• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble and wood surfaces, and trim.
• Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes the floor.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Dust furniture and equipment.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from designated areas.
• Clean and restock public restrooms and shared facility bathrooms.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies, and equipment.
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, sanitary environments.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and handle cleaning chemicals properly.
• Good time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.

Additional Information

Property: Vandenberg Senior Residence - 135 units

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5:00pm
