On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Corporate Recruiter for a 12-month role. This position is a remote position near one of our clients' hubs in Mount Laurel Township, New Jersey.
Corporate Recruiter - Job Description:
The Recruiter will support a high-volume recruitment project, focusing on building out the KYC/FCRM department. This role involves managing a workload of 25-30 requisitions, providing specialized recruitment guidance and support for Shared Services.
Corporate Recruiter - Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing and candidate pipeline management.
• Represent the client in various recruitment functions and events.
• Provide market insights and align recruitment strategies with Talent Acquisition programs.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of HR policies and procedures related to recruitment.
• Ensure an optimal candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Train and guide junior team members on best practices.
Corporate Recruiter - Mandatory Skills:
• Corporate recruitment experience - 3+ years
• Demonstrated interviewing experience - 3+ years
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
Corporate Recruiter - Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Banking experience
• Workday experience
• Experience filling KYC/FCRM roles
• Direct sourcing experience
Corporate Recruiter - Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on business needs and candidate performance.
