Our client is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to support and manage existing customer relationships. This role will ensure seamless service adoption across multiple locations, providing ongoing engagement and education to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship manager with strong communication skills and a strategic approach to customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for established customers, ensuring continued satisfaction and service adoption.
  • Proactively engage with all customer locations to drive awareness and utilization of approved services.
  • Conduct training sessions, meetings, and presentations to educate stakeholders on available services and processes.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide ongoing support to enhance their experience.
Strategic Account Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers and location-level contacts.
  • Monitor service adoption and identify opportunities to optimize engagement.
  • Track and analyze customer usage trends, providing insights to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance overall satisfaction.
Reporting & Data Management
  • Use Excel and Tableau to track customer engagement, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor performance metrics to assess service adoption and identify areas for improvement.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to leadership to support customer success initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client success, business develpment, account management, or customer engagement, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with training, presentations, and strategic account management.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data reporting and performance tracking.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for on-site customer engagement.
