Do you enjoy helping customers, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?Qualified Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Fort Valley, GA.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.Pay rate: $16/hr. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Support order processing, tracking, and updates
• Communicate with warehouse and operations teams
• Maintain accurate customer records and logs
• Update spreadsheets and basic reports
• Assist with inventory-related questions

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills (Excel, email, basic presentations)
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented and well organized
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience required
