Enrollment Representative - Medicare Advantage
$21-$22/hr | Remote After Training | High OT Potential

Looking for a foot in the door with a growing healthcare company-and a role that can turn remote, offer overtime, and build real insurance experience? We're hiring 8 Enrollment Representatives to support high-volume Medicare Advantage enrollments for seniors.

This is a great fit for anyone with 6+ months of healthcare, insurance, benefits, medical front desk, or EOB experience who loves details, data, and getting things right the first time.

Location & Schedule

Training (First 4 Weeks):
  • Onsite in Orange County
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
Post-Training:
  • Typically 9am-6pm, M-F
  • Must be available for overtime:
    • Between 8am-8pm M-F
    • Occasional Saturdays
    • No Sundays
Start Date: Targeting 2/9 or 2/16

What You'll Do

You'll support Medicare Advantage enrollment by making sure applications are accurate, complete, and compliant:
  • Enter, review, and update enrollment applications
  • Verify Medicare Advantage eligibility using CMS guidelines
  • Review applications for completeness and accuracy
  • Process plan changes, denials, and special election requests
  • Track daily volumes, accuracy, and turnaround time
  • Meet productivity goals (eventually 8-10 apps/hour, 80-110/day)
  • Work with agents, brokers, and internal teams to resolve issues
  • Occasionally make outbound calls to collect missing information
Main focus is data entry-but you must be comfortable making some outbound calls.

What We're Looking For
  • 6+ months of healthcare, insurance, benefits, or medical office experience
    (Front desk, billing, eligibility, EOBs, insurance verification, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
  • Reliable attendance
  • Typing speed: 35+ WPM
  • Basic computer skills (must pass computer literacy test at 80%+)
  • Comfortable with overtime when volume is high
Pay
  • $21-$22/hour
  • Overtime opportunities available and encouraged during peak volume
