- Experience supporting enterprise financial systems (ERP or equivalent) in a production environment.
- Required: Experience working in SaaS-based application environments, including understanding configuration versus customization constraints.
- Required: Proven experience in requirements gathering, customer engagement, stakeholder communication, and project coordination for enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Required: Expertise in developing comprehensive technical documentation and system specifications.
- Required: Experience in the successful implementation of at least two full lifecycle SaaS ERP solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Required: Experience supporting system integrations, including APIs, ETL processes, batch interfaces, and secure file exchanges.
- Required: Experiencing working on Reporting tools.
- Required: Experience working with middleware platforms or tools for API orchestration (e.g., Apache Camel).
- Required: Experience Developing and Monitoring Control M jobs.
- Required: Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban methodologies to support system analysis and implementation.
- Required: Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and troubleshoot complex systems and facilitate resolution in collaboration with Vendors and internal teams.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience supporting SaaS solution, including financial modules, security roles, and administration tools.
- Preferred: Experience supporting state government financial or treasury systems preferably.
- Preferred: Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, TEAMS, Microsoft Project, Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Preferred: Experience with Core Financial Functions: General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Budget Control, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Asset Management and Offsets.
- Preferred: Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
- Preferred: Experience designing or supporting Power BI dashboards or Advantage-native reporting tools.
- Preferred: Experience using SaaS testing tools, such as Test Savvy, for regression and UAT tracking.
- Preferred: Knowledge of USAS, TINS and SPA legacy financial systems.
