MAIN PURPOSE

As a V.I.E - Retail Partnerships Project Manager, you will participate in the distribution strategy of Cartier North America. The commercial network for Cartier is composed of Boutiques, E-commerce, and Retail Partners, who are our authorized watch retailers. Cartier works with Retail Partners to expand our reach to clients across North America, offering the same level of service as with our boutiques and e-commerce network. Our goal is to strengthen our network of Retail Partners through an efficient supply chain, competitive retail environments, and excellent client services. The length of this V.I.E assignment is 18 months, ideally starting in April 2026, depending on visa requirements.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Project Management & Execution

  • Manage the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring) for retail partnerships initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, critical paths, risk assessments, budgets and resource allocations.
  • Support cross-functional coordination with several stakeholders on specific business initiatives.
  • Create feedback processes to analyze efficiency.
Business Analysis, Reporting & Insights
  • Create dashboards, performance reports, and timeline trackers using project management tools.
  • Track KPIs, ROI, operational impact, and deliver insights for continuous improvement.
  • Track and analyze competition local initiatives.
  • Design and animate monthly calls to showcase findings.
Action Planning & Execution
  • Prepare seasonal market meetings and other key commercial presentations throughout the year.
  • Provide retailers with all necessary trade marketing tools.
  • Assist teams in adapting materials received from HQ.
  • Ensure a specific business and operational follow-up for flagships and focus doors.
Team Animation
  • Animate cross functional workshops, feedback sessions, and operational training across North America.
  • Foster collaboration between HQ, regions and external partners.
  • Drive adoption and change management through communication plans, training materials, and team support.
  • With the support of leadership, facilitate strong engagement and alignment between internal teams (seminar planification).

As a Retail Partnerships Project Manager, you will have a great opportunity to be an essential contributor in a dynamic team, working for the success of a first-class Luxury Maison under strong business acceleration and transformation. In order to be successful in this role, we expect the following:
  • You are graduated from a Master's in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
  • You already benefit from professional experiences in relevant positions working, with ideally an exposure and previous experience in the luxury industry.
  • You have strong communication/interaction and project management skills.
  • You have a strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You have convincing interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate with groups of people on a project.
  • You are proactive, flexible, innovative and passionate.
  • You have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI, Macro & SAP knowledge is a plus.
