Position: Regular Integration Delivery Coordinator
Location: Remote USA


Project Description:
Computer Migration Summary:
• Responsible for leading and managing small to medium computer migration projects, typically less than 500 people
• Works closely with the Integration Lead, Customer Support (ITSS), ServiceNow (ITSM), Application Readiness, to ensure the project meets milestones, deliverables, and deadlines for a smooth and successful project
• Utilizes our client's Project Management best practices, procedures, and standard methodologies to ensure all assigned projects deliver quality and cost-effective anticipated results
• Ensures all needed legacy applications and peripherals work on the replacement computers
• Continuously solicits feedback from Senior/Lead Integration Delivery Coordinators, supervisor, and project team members

Email/M365 Migration Summary:
• Responsible for leading and managing small to medium email/M365 migration projects, typically less than 500 people
• Works closely with the Integration Lead, email engineers, and Customer Support (ITSS), to ensure the project meets milestones, deliverables, and deadlines for a smooth and successful project
• Utilizes our client's Project Management best practices, procedures, and standard methodologies to ensure all assigned projects deliver quality and cost-effective anticipated results
• Ensures all needed individual mailboxes, group shared mailboxes, distribution lists, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, SMTP, GALSync, FreeBusy, Rebranding has been completed and everything is working as expected
• Continuously solicits feedback from Senior/Lead Integration Delivery Coordinators, supervisor, and project team members

• Email migrations typically up to ~500 people
• GALSync/FreeBusy
• SMTP

Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
• Provide project leadership and delivering solutions to customers
• Maintain project schedules and reports to Integration Lead, team leads and manager
• Works closely with project team members to organize project tasks to be carried out as part of analysis and development and ensures they are completed within project timelines
• Reviews project plans daily, prepares and submits status reports, monitors project deliverables, and communicates to management any issues that may impact the team's delivery
• Collaborates with project teams and various internal stakeholder groups on an ongoing basis to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations
• Works with project team to identify and assess project risks and issues
• Takes a disciplined approach to managing project issues and risks
• Solicits feedback and guidance of our client's standard methodologies, tools, and best practices from team leads, project managers, leadership, and project team members
• Accountable for seeking learning opportunities to continuously develop professional/technical knowledge which will be useful in current position and/or career aspirations
• Responsible for relationship management with key business partner contacts and project team
