Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) Lead to drive the design, implementation, and support of SAP PPDS solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in production planning, capacity scheduling, and integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA, ensuring efficient manufacturing operations and supply chain synchronization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP PPDS (S/4HANA or APO) modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design, configure, and test PPDS functionalities including planning heuristics, optimizer, and detailed scheduling.
• Integrate PPDS with core modules such as SAP PP, MM, QM, and APO SNP (if applicable).
• Manage master data related to production planning (resources, PDS, PPM, BOM, work centers, etc.).
• Lead workshops, provide training, and support end-user adoption.
• Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, PI/PO, Basis) for custom developments and enhancements.
• Support performance optimization and continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
