Overview

Responsible for thelocal client base within the territory by resolving advanced service repair needs of designated equipment and driving customer satisfaction.

Location: Home office based in the Cincinnati area with regional travel to client sites

Duties Include:

• Serve as the primary on-site support engineer for customers within the assigned region, addressing contract, warranty, and billable service calls
• Collaborate with staff via phone and email to troubleshoot systems, diagnose problems, and determine best practices for issue resolution
• Perform timely and precise preventive maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting on medical equipment within healthcare settings

Knowledge and Skills:

• Previous experience with Medical Imaging Equipment, CT/MRI/Imaging equipment
• AA or equivalent relevant industry experience
• Valid driver's license
• Able to travel regionally
