As a Senior Civil Project Manager, you will lead a variety of civil projects from concept through completion. You will apply your expertise across site observation, due diligence, site layout, utility and stormwater design, permitting, and construction administration. Working in a collaborative, multi-disciplined environment, you'll coordinate closely with Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural teams to deliver high-quality construction documents. You will also engage directly with clients and lead your team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

What You'll Do:

• Manage multiple projects and client engagements simultaneously, ensuring schedules and deliverables are met.
• Serve as the primary client contact and foster lasting client relationships.
• Oversee project financials, including budgets, profitability, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients and sub-consultants.
• Allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure projects stay on track within scope and budget.
• Define design criteria, guide plan preparation, and solve technical engineering challenges.
• Coordinate internal and external project teams for integrated and efficient delivery.
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers and Designers.
• Maintain rigorous QA/QC practices while seeking continuous improvement.
• Evaluate constructability and complex designs, identifying risks, liabilities, and mitigation strategies.
• Participate in client development and new project pursuits.
• Demonstrate an understanding of constructability and complex design and identify liability issues related to design and construction.
• Able to provide risk assessment on projects, estimate potential risks along with costs and probabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 7+ years of Civil Engineering Project Management experience in site/civil production, preferably with commercial projects such as retail, hospitality, and/or fueling
• Experience with Civil3D, AutoCAD and MS Office
• Experience with or willingness to learn TR-20, TR-55, HEC-1, HydroCAD, Hydraflow, HEC-RAS, and WaterCAD for site development is preferred
• P.E. would be a plus
