Looking for a hands-on opportunity to develop an influencer community within the beauty industry?

dpHUE is an award-winning haircare and hair color brand designed to give you your shiniest, healthiest HUE between color applications.

We are looking for social media savvy people who will help discover new microinfluencers for the brand. This involves organic seeding to boost awareness and trial with our top products.

Responsibilities

• Finding and starting a relationship with microinfluencers consistent with brand DNA
• Working with warehouse to manage shipment of product to influencers
• Monitoring for potential posts and continuing dialogue
• Advising brand team on social trends such as beauty hot topics, cultural trends to jump on, and up-and-coming influencers

Duration and Timing

Part-time: 20 hrs / week

This is a paid internship

Duration up to 3 months

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok and the influencer landscape.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to build and maintain influencers relationships.
• Thinks creatively and out of the box
• Team oriented with a can-do attitude
