Job Description:

The HCMACS Program expects the HCA Provider Support vendor to lead and perform the vast majority of activities related to onboarding and ongoing EHR related support services. The staffing should be structured such that the team can expand or contract, based on the number of Providers engaged. The HCMACS PMO will provide governance and leadership to/for the HCA Provider Support and appropriate resources will be made available to the HCA Provider Support to provide input into and review of deliverables. The expectation is the HCA Provider Support will perform all activities required to manage and perform the process.

Success for the HCA Provider Support vendor means that the Providers identified by the HCMACS Program and the HCA Project are successfully onboarded and deploy the HCMACS Enterprise EHR Solution. Bidder must provide an Implementation Staffing Plan that describes their team's organization, structure and all the resources to execute the proposed implementation approach, create the required deliverables, and successfully deploy the HCMACS Enterprise EHR Solution at each of the in-scope locations, in accordance with the proposed rollout plan. The State assumes that all the Bidder staff (including any required subcontractor staff) identified in the Staffing Plan are fully accounted for in the Bidders Cost Proposal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Is main point of contact between the HCMACS Program team, HCA and the HCA Provider Support
  • Oversee all HCA Provider Support activities
  • Facilitate effective communication through regular updates, status reports, and manages expectations with key stakeholders
  • Identify risks and develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks and address any issues that arise promptly
  • Establish change control process governance and communication strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience leading similar sized teams and effort
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience working with EHR solutions
  • Demonstrated understanding of Epic and benefits delivered to clients
  • Minimum 5 years' experience deploying Epic at client sites
