Client:- ETS(Emerging Technologies Solutions)

Responsibilities:
• Design circuits for various analog components in nodes below 5nm FinFET technology
• Design circuits for various analog components like Band-gap, Amplifiers, buffers, comparators, ADCs...
• Design andSchematic capture of mixed signal circuit blocks
• Comprehensive circuit simulation at block level
• Work closely with physical/layout engineers to floorplan and implement physical design of these circuits

Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design of deep submicron CMOS circuits and at least 3+ years of recent experience on advance nodes including FinFET technologies
• Experience with and knowledge of analog/mixed-signal components.
• Experience in capturing schematics of complex CMOS circuits
• floorplan analysis to completion of physical design verification
• Great understanding of CAD flows and tools related to analog/mixed-signal layout design
• Strong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level circuit design including noise and mismatch analysis
• Experience with analog and digital behavioral modeling
• Must recognize failure prone circuit and layout structures, have experience with analog and DFM standard methodologies, and enthusiastically work with circuit designer or layout lead for the best approach to problems
• Experience in using Cadence's Virtuoso and/or Siemen's Calibre Design, Verification and schematic capture tools.
• High level of proficiency in interpretation of CALIBRE DRC, ERC, LVS, etc., reports
• Knowledge of CADENCE or MENTOR GRAPHICS mixed-signal schematic capture and verification tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work with remote teams
