NOTE FROM MANAGER;
We are looking for someone with 5-8 years of experience in financial services and in a project management function and having worked on several projects (not just 1 project). Skills would include the typical Microsoft Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Nice to have would be: JIRA experience, business analysis, loan product knowledge.
The Change Management (CM) team was established within Transformation to provide governance and oversight of significant change initiatives impacting wholesale lending. CMs mandate is to identify, assess, monitor, report and escalate significant change initiatives impacting global wholesale lending, including changes to people, processes and technology.
Change Management Job Description:
Support the Change Management (CM) team by attending meetings, tracking meeting minutes, tracking action items, sending out minutes to attendees.
Support the monthly execution of the CM function through managing team mailbox, tracking input provider responses, developing status decks, collecting input and updating project pipeline.
Reviewing project artifacts (word, PowerPoint, visio, excel), adding input and updating checklists based on feedback.
Tracking action items and status to ensure efforts stay on track.
Track artifacts needed for evidence and ensure team is delivering against promised deliverables.
Develop monthly deck for CM monthly forum
General Notes
Consultant will be handling PowerPoint updates, reviewing project documentation, and seeking out appropriate folks for updates
When there are projects that impact global processing, they review those projects, seeing if how large the project impact will be and reviewing those significant or non-significant changes
IF project will result in significant changes, then it will be pushed to the governance team
This person will review documentation, help manage inbox, send out monthly requests to seek out significant changes, attending meetings, tracking attendance, and will be a big support role
PowerPoint, Excel, and good communication is key
Someone with past experience as Business Analysis or a part of a PMO
Loan Product knowledge is a plus
Prior BA with balances 2+ projects would be a good background to look for
8 years is the cap for experience but really looking for a JR-level candidate
Financial/Banking experience is plus
Change Management experience NOT required but past project support role is needed
