Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Jr. ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) and other core modules.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Implement enhancements, integrations, and updates using best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and test configurations and customizations.

Required Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in ServiceNow development.
• Technical Expertise:
  
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development, scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), and APIs.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow tools: Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets.
• Modules: ITSM required; exposure to ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, FSM, Digital Portfolio is a plus.
• Mandatory Certification: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Preferred Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD).
