We are looking for a Statistical Analyst with help desk, tech support, special education practices, educational platform and data management systems experience.

Location: Nashville, TN

• Oversee day-to-day help desk operations, ensuring timely and tailored support.
• Prioritize and escalate issues related to special populations appropriately.
• Monitor and analyze support data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead and inspire a help desk team focused on providing inclusive support.
• Foster a culture of empathy and understanding for the needs of special populations.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' awareness and skills related to special education processes and TN PULSE.
• Collaborate with educators, special education professionals, and accessibility experts to understand the unique requirements of special populations' processes.
• Develop and implement support strategies to address the specific needs of end users.
• Ensure that the help desk team is equipped to assist users with a range of abilities and requirements.
• Advocate for and contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison between the help desk team and other departments to ensure alignment with the platform's goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role within the education sector.
• Familiarity with Tennessee special education practices.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering an inclusive and supportive team culture.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Understanding of educational platforms and data management systems is a plus.
