Job Description

The Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant Position:

• Assist with month-end close duties
• Perform consolidation checks
• Assist with maintaining the general ledger
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Identify process improvements and procedures
• Collaborate with business units to develop company cash reconciliation
• Assist with inter-company out-of-balance reconciliation process
• Provide accounting support when needed

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this Senior Accountant position:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting
• Construction, manufacturing, distribution, or related industry experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Knowledge of GAAP
