We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with excellent communication skills to drive successful client migrations and implementations for Debit and Credit Card platforms
Required Skills& Experience:
• Minimum 3-6 years as a Business Analyst, Implementation Coordinator, or similar role in card services .
• Strong understanding of Debit and Credit card operations and payment processes .
• Knowledge of configuration, data validation, and migration activities .
• Excellent communication, coordination, and client-facing skills .
• Ability to multitask, track deliverables, and follow up effectively .
• Familiarity with tools such as Clarity, JIRA, Confluence .
• Understanding of project management principles.
• Prior experience in implementing and modernizing fintech platforms is preferred .
Key Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end migration activities for multiple clients ( typically 15-25 simultaneously ) across different project stages.
• Partner with Implementation Team and Project Manager to understand client requirements, configurations, and integration points.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track configuration, setup changes, testing, and production readiness.
• Perform routine client calls providing guidance, support, and troubleshooting during migration and warranty period.
• Assist with issue tracking, risk escalation, and resolution in tools such as JIRA, MS office suite
• Maintain project artifacts - migration checklists, status trackers, test summaries, and sign-offs.
• Support UAT and production validation , ensuring a smooth client go-live.
• Serve as the point of contact for client queries regarding user interface, reports, operations, and related products.
