Pay range - $30-35/Hour on W2
We are in need of a seasoned Service Desk / Desktop Support technician and wanted to connect with you to discuss next steps.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with strong customer-facing phone support skills, as the role will involve handling incoming calls, in person support, as well as managing tickets in the queue. As a Microsoft-based organization, experience supporting Microsoft products is important, along with general desktop support and exposure to EMR systems.
