Client Success Manager
Full-Time | Direct Hire | Fully Remote
SNI Technology is hiring a Client Success Manager to join our client who is a growing healthcare services organization specializing in revenue cycle management.
About the Role:
This role will act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring strong communication, performance delivery, and client satisfaction. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders-ranging from physicians to administrators-to resolve issues, analyze account data, and drive continuous improvement across client engagements.
Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead liaison for client relationships, providing strategic oversight and support
• Conduct regular client meetings to review KPIs and service satisfaction
• Analyze performance data and recommend process improvements
• Facilitate internal and external communications, ensuring timely resolution of client concerns
• Prepare performance reports and maintain account documentation
• Collaborate with business support teams (finance, HR, compliance) where practice administration is provided
• Support new client onboarding and implementation
• Manage or assist in client payer contract renewals and negotiations
• Monitor client compliance and quality training programs
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Healthcare Admin, or related field)
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Familiarity with medical billing and healthcare terminology
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and present data effectively
• Proven problem-solving skills and leadership capabilities
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, remote-first environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and RCM or workflow management tools

• Salary Range: $80,000-$110,000/year (negotiable and based on background/experience)
• Bonus: Up to 10% annual performance bonus
