Job Description

As the newest member of our team, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and testing the next generation of AI-integrated SaaS learning applications - shaping intelligent workflows, building agentic systems, and architecting advanced data solutions that make our software think, learn, and adapt. You bring 5+ years of full-stack experience with React, Node.js, and graph-based data models, along with a passion for building elegant, intelligent applications that push the boundaries of what's possible. What your days will look like:

• Designing and implementing AI-integrated features and intelligent application workflows using React, Node.js, Graph Databases, and JavaScript
• Building agentic systems and autonomous workflows that make our apps come alive
• Developing LLM Workflows / Data Pipelines
• Working with other members of the engineering team to develop new features and functionality
• Actively participating in code review, testing, and troubleshooting applications and providing feedback for future development
• Managing the integration of third-party components, services, and APIs
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement in all that you do!

Qualifications

Show us your

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or 5+ years of experience developing highly dynamic software applications in a web-based environment where the user experience is paramount
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building AI-integrated applications in production environments
• Fluency in React, NodeJS, Mongo, and JavaScript using microservice patterns and presenting/consuming APIs
• Familiarity with TDD/ATDD, CMS/IDE development, or ed-tech platforms
• Strong understanding of graph database concepts and relationship-based data modeling
• Detail-oriented with a gift for elegant authorship - useful documentation is essential
• A sharp mind with a knack for picking up new concepts quickly, thinking systemically, and filling in the blanks when given an abstract objective
• Creative problem solver and creative thinker with the ability to multitask and switch priorities as needed
• Personal ethic that embodies the ideals of diversity and inclusion
