You'll gain hands-on experience in the insurance industry, while also receiving support to prepare for the state Property and Casualty licensure exam-all while earning a salary!

Job Duties:

• Prepare for the Property and Casualty licensure examination.
• Conduct business-to-business solicitations via telephone, email, and other lead sources as well as following up with inquiries.
• Effectively research leads and identify viable prospects for new business generation.
• Accurately complete applications, forms, and other essential documents.
• Maintain CRM and ensure the system has appropriate and up-to-date data.
• Effectively communicate and support clients and internal staff.
• Ensure all guidelines, templates, and processes are followed in order to uphold company compliance.

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
• Candidates must be able to secure a P&C license and agree to a contingent offer letter.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is necessary.
• Must be capable of following a work schedule and working autonomously.
• Comfortable working in an office setting, including long periods of sitting.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication abilities are essential.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are important.
