Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Program Manager to work for our company.
Role Overview:
We are seeking adynamic and PMP-certified Program Manager to lead a high-visibility Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) engagement for USCIS. In this role, you will orchestrate multiple Agile DevSecOps teams to deliver enterprise-grade authentication and authorization services. You will act as the primary liaison between technical teams and Federal leadership, ensuring that strategic roadmaps align with the Federal ICAM (FICAM) roadmap. This is not a passive administrative role; you will drive strategy, governance, and mission integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Program Leadership: Manage and coordinate multiple Agile Scrum teams to design, develop, test, and deploy ICAM services.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide executive-level briefings (quarterly and ad-hoc) to the CISO, DCISO, and Branch Chiefs regarding accomplishments, risks, and planned activities.
- Risk & Strategy: Implement a Risk Management Plan and facilitate the advancement of the USCIS cybersecurity posture through a cyber hygiene governance framework.
- Staffing & Operations: Manage all contractor resources, staffing plans, and recruiting efforts to ensure full staffing across all task areas.
- Technical Oversight: Understand the technical requirements (Java, Cloud, PIV, PKI) well enough to remove impediments and guide product roadmaps.
- Education/Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience managing large, complex, mission-critical web-based IT systems in an Agile environment.
- Technical Familiarity: Experience managing projects involving Custom Development (Java/Spring Boot) and COTS integrations.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required for high-level government reporting and creating After Action Reports (AARs).
- Oral Presentation Lead: You will be required to participate in a live, scenario-based Technical Proficiency test and Oral Presentation12. You must be able to articulate troubleshooting steps, resolution strategies, and lessons learned in a high-pressure environment.
