Position Responsibilities:
Oversee all enterprise business systems, software, and digital products to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant architecture aligned with business growth
Direct the design and evolution of digital architecture, including ERP, CRM, internal portals, and system integrations
Own the full software development lifecycle for internal, clinical-grade, and customer-facing applications
Lead the adoption of AI to drive automation, operational efficiency, and customer value across digital products
Establish disciplined project management, quality controls, and release processes across all software initiatives
Architect and govern data pipelines, warehouses, and analytics platforms aligned to business and customer needs
Define and enforce data governance standards for privacy, integrity, and accessibility
Build and maintain cloud and on-prem infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
Own security, compliance, and audit readiness across systems, including HIPAA and FDA requirements
Design, scale, and lead the systems and software organization, including hiring, mentoring, and retention
Foster a culture of engineering excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Partner with executive leadership to define multi-year digital strategy, budgets, KPIs, and innovation roadmaps
Serve as a technical and digital leader with customers, partners, investors, and regulatory stakeholders
Experience & Skills: Required Experience and Qualifications:
5+ years in senior software leadership roles.
Proven track record managing software-development teams and delivering scalable software solutions
Demonstrates success in driving cultural transformation and fostering engineering excellence.
Deep expertise in regulated digital-health environments (FDA, HIPAA, GDPR).
Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), data architectures, and cybersecurity frameworks.
Excellent business acumen: budget planning, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Outstanding communicator and people leader, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Compensation $250k-$275k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation
