Job Overview:
Search Solution Group is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst on behalf of our client, a large non-profit, integrated health system with hospitals, physician organizations, and outpatient facilities. The Senior Compensation Analyst will serve as a strategicpartner to leadership, providing market insights, salary structure guidance, and consultation to support talent attraction, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analyses and evaluate compensation data to support salary ranges across the organization
  • Develop, maintain, and recommend competitive salary structures aligned with market trends and organizational strategy
  • Consult with leaders on compensation-related matters, including attraction, retention, and pay equity concerns
  • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a new career framework and job architecture
  • Partner with HR and leadership to align compensation programs with business objectives
  • Analyze compensation trends and prepare reports and presentations for leadership and governance meetings
  • Support ERP system configuration, testing, and implementation related to compensation data (Oracle-based platform)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and other departments during the ERP transition
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in compensation practices and data
  • Provide higher-level analytical and consultative support beyond routine compensation analysis
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements Include: Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience:
  • Senior-level compensation analysis experience, preferably within a large or complex organization
  • Experience consulting with leaders on compensation strategy and workforce challenges
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide initiatives or system implementations preferred
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required
Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret and present complex compensation data clearly
  • Consultative approach with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a project-driven environment
Certifications:
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or similar certification preferred but not required
Knowledge:
  • Compensation structures, salary ranges, and market pricing methodologies
  • Job architecture and career framework design
  • ERP and HRIS systems (Workday experience strongly preferred; Oracle exposure a plus)
  • Regulatory and compliance considerations related to compensation
