REQUIRED SKILLS

• Not a Workday implementation - not looking for a super technical person / needs someone to own the project

• Key to role: someone who has owned a full project implementation themselves.

• Owned a large scale, global project, with Workday experience (a few migrations)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Human Resources or a related field; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years IT project management experience; PMP certification highly desirable
• Proven track record leading multiple start-to-finish Workday implementations or migrations is required. Implementation experience as employee of Workday or with a Workday service partner is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
