ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do •
Advocacy: Prioritize negotiation and settlement to achieve stable futures for clients.
•
Pod HR Management: Act as the direct supervisor for pod staff, conducting weekly 1-to-1s and bi-annual performance reviews.
•
Quality Control: Review and finalize all legal documentation (pleadings, motions, agreements).
•
Client Stewardship: Provide consistent monthly case updates for all clients with matters open for at least 14 days.
•
Production: Meet the quarterly billing goal of collectible time.
QualificationsWho We're Looking For • Current Washington State Bar license
• 2-5+ years of family law experience (trial experience is a plus)
• Strong communication, organizational, and client-centered skills
• Collaborative, growth-minded, and empathetic approach
