Job Description
A well-established law firm known for providing high quality litigation is seeking an Associate Attorney with Workers' Compensation experience, ready to hit the ground running. The perfect candidate will be a positive, self-starter and team player, interested in careerdevelopment, and joining a team of great lawyers.
Requirements And Duties
- Minimum 3+ years of Workers' Comp experience required.
- Draft discovery, requests, responses, legal research with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motions.
- Defending depositions.
- Ability to help guide clients through case process.
- Licensed in TN.
