Remote HRIS Manager

Description:

Century Group is partnering with a leading client to find a talented HRIS Manager. This fully remote position offers a competitive starting base salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, and location.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and guide the HRIS team, providing performance feedback and setting objectives.
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure maximum productivity and meet both project-related and daily operational needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective process documentation and controls for system changes, ensuring compliance.
  • Conduct post-project analyses, document lessons learned, and integrate them into future plans.
  • Manage business process configurations for new or modified processes impacting the HCM system.
  • Oversee HR systems security and access controls to ensure appropriate data distribution and usage.
  • Ensure data accuracy and system quality through established audit processes.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of systems and HR technology, project management, and new technology applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of the employee life cycle and HR processes.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in quantitative HRIS analysis, data analytics, queries, metrics, and reporting.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills to convey strategy in actionable terms.
  • Advanced expertise in Excel.
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of HR functions/metrics, compensation, and benefits.
Experience
  • BA or BS in HR Management or Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of HRIS administration experience with SaaS HR technology.
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Taleo, and other HR applications as a team leader.
  • 8+ years in Human Resources and/or HR Systems, with full-time or long-term consulting experience.
  • 2-3 years of successful management/leadership experience with a proven ability to drive results.
