Compensation:
Pay Range:$56000-$80000

Description:
• Join a dynamic team as a creativeand highly organized professional.
• Work across key focus areas including content, marketing, production, and engagement.
• Shape and execute compelling programming for a robust calendar of events.
• Collaborate with teams to develop timely and relevant programming.
• Manage speaker relationships and partner with collaborators to deliver impactful experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead content development for events, managing speakers and driving engagement.
• Collaborate with teams to align programming with themes and priorities.
• Manage communications and relationships with speakers and attendees.
• Develop and edit event content for marketing and communications.
• Draft and implement engaging copy for event communications.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to produce campaigns and promotional materials.
• Work with sales to develop content ideas for sponsors and ensure alignment.

Qualifications:
• 4 years of experience in event programming, planning, or content marketing.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create concise messaging.
• Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with editorial, marketing, sales, and production teams.
• Comfort engaging high-level speakers and stakeholders with professionalism.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and understanding of audience needs.
• Passion for current events, storytelling, and creating engaging experiences.
