The Hudson Stonegate Team is seeking motivated, licensed agents who are eager to gain hands-on experience by partnering with a top-performing lead agent.

This role is ideal for newer or developing agents looking to build their skills by guiding buyers through property showings, deepening their knowledge of the Denver market, and sharpening their client service and negotiation abilities. You'll collaborate closely with an experienced team member, assisting their active buyer clients - providing a valuable foundation for advancing to a full team agent role.

As a Showing Assistant, you'll benefit from ongoing mentorship, targeted training, clear performance goals, and consistent opportunities to expand both your expertise and earnings - all while establishing a strong base for a thriving real estate career.

An active Colorado real estate license is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes
• Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients adjust their search criteria
• Draft and negotiate offers for the sales agent and clients
• Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation
• Engage in weekly script practice as per team guidelines
• Take part in team events according to team standards
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
