The Implementation Analyst - Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management is a key member of the Learning & Organizational Development (LOD) team. The Oracle HCM Talent Analyst will serve as the functional subject matter expert (SME) for Cedars?Sinais Oracle Talent modules. This role provides SME and technical leadership for the design, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Goals, Performance Management, Talent Review, and Succession Planning modules. Will guide system design decisions, ensure alignment with talent strategy and business needs, and drive adoption through effective collaboration, governance, and change leadership.
This is a 1?year Fixed?Term with Benefits (possibility for extension or consideration for full time)

Five (5) plus years of experience leading or supporting the design, delivery, or optimization of HCM solutions, including all phases of implementation (requirements, design, build, testing, go?live).
Two (2) plus years of experience hands?on configuration experience with Oracle HCM Talent modules (Goals, Performance, Talent Review, Succession Planning).
Strong understanding of HCM data structures, workflows, and reporting tools; experience integrating Talent modules with other HR functions.
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
Proven ability to design and implement change management strategies that drive technology adoption and impact.
Data?driven, detail?oriented, adaptable, and collaborative.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Organization Effectiveness, Leadership, Industrial?Organizational Psychology, Educational Technology, Business Management or related area. (strongly preferred)
Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation certification (Talent Management modules), preferred.
