Description:

Visible Agent is scaling fast, and we are hiring an SEO Manager who knows how to win in search, not just talk about it. This is a performance position for someone who understands how rankings, traffic, calls, and booked appointments connect. You will own the search visibility for high-producing real estate teams across North America and make sure they show up everywhere buyers and sellers are actually searching. We work in the intersection of Google, maps, AI-driven search, and local visibility. If you get excited by heat maps, keyword movement, and watching a client take over a market, you will feel at home here. Responsibilities: You will be the search engine behind the brand. That means: • Owning keyword research, mapping, and GEO strategy for every client • Optimizing Google Business Profiles, website pages, blog content, and local signals • Building and maintaining citation and directory accuracy through BrightLocal and similar tools • Tracking rankings, impressions, calls, and visibility movement across markets • Using heat maps and reporting to diagnose what is working and what is not • Auditing client sites and profiles for gaps, technical issues, and missed opportunities • Working closely with content and design to ensure everything we publish is built to rank • Constantly testing, refining, and pushing strategies that improve local dominance • You are not executing in a vacuum. You are building a machine that makes clients impossible to miss. Qualifications: • You have at least 2 years in SEO, preferably in a local or agency environment • You have experience being client-facing • You understand how Google Business Profiles, local packs, and organic SEO work together • You can look at a ranking grid and instantly know where the opportunities are • You care about clean structure, strong pages, and content that actually performs • You like owning outcomes, not just tasks • You think in systems, not just checklists • You want to be part of a company that takes search seriously Compensation: $45,000 yearly
