About The Role
We are seeking an industry-leading Senior Product Manager - Technical to drive the roadmap for our Print on Demand operators, who rely on our management tools for daily critical operations. You'll define and deliver the Operations management experience, and you'll use the latest technologies to develop management tools, recommendations and automations, and data visualizations to generate actionable insights. As a Senior Product Manager Tech, you'll make our new Native AWS manufacturing software easy to adopt and to operate. You'll partner closely with software, hardware, big data, AI/ML, Operations, and user experience teams to deliver the best experience for our internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent product, problem solving and communication skills and be able to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. The candidate will be at ease dealing with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, be motivated by a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable thinking big and diving deep. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives while staying on top of tactical execution, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
